Mr. Nandu B. Paryani

Nandu began his career over 30 years ago as a Fire Protection/Plumbing Engineer and went on to perform various roles in executive management. Since 1988, he has served as President of W. W. Gay Fire & Integrated Systems, Inc. Nandu's responsibility is to retain the company's excellent position as a full service integrator with the ability to provide any fire protection, security, and data/communication requirements in the southeast, as well parts of the north and Midwest United States and Guantanamo, Cuba. His commitment to provide exceptional and timely results on our projects and to maintain good relationships with clients, employees, government authorities and the community at large is built upon effective direction and communication. Nandu completed his education in 1967 as Electrical Engineer in Bombay, India and is also a Mechanical Engineer.

Vice President - Fire Alarm & Integrated Systems Divisions

Andrzej Ratajczyk, PE

Andy has been with W. W. Gay Fire & Integrated Systems, Inc. since 1993 and has been Vice President of the Fire Alarm Division since 1999. He has over 30 years of experience in design, installation and maintenance of fire alarms, gas suppression systems and a variety of Electrical & Control Systems, as well as automatic sprinklers, standpipe, dry pipe, pre-action, fire pumps, life safety systems. Andy guarantees top quality Fire Alarm, Integrated Systems, and Electrical installation and service by maintaining a team atmosphere among all employees and promoting close contact with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Florida Society of Professional Engineer, IEEE, BICSI, is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida in Electrical (EE) and Fire Protection (FPE), and holds licenses as Certified Unlimited Electrical Contractor, Georgia Low Voltage-Unrestricted, Georgia Electrical Contractor-Non-restricted License. He earned an MS degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering in 1975 at the Technical University of Szczecin, Poland.

Dennis M. Bishop

Dennis has over 36 years in evaluation and complete design of all types of fire protection systems including automatic sprinklers, standpipe, dry pipe, pre-action, fire pumps, life safety, FM-200, Halon, and CO2. Dennis ensures superior fire sprinkler installation and service by promoting proper training and licensing of our service and inspection teams. He also establishes goals and administers our affirmative action plan.

His affiliations include Florida Fire Sprinkler Association and National Fire Protection Association. He attended the Maine Technical School of Architectural and Structural Design and currently holds a State of Florida Certificate of Competency Contractor I license from the State Fire Marshal.

BRANCH MANAGER - Gainesville, FL

Richard Bloom

Rick Bloom began his career in Fire Protection in 1980 and became a Sprinkler Fitter with W. W. Gay Fire & Integrated Systems, Inc. in 1984. Promoted to Division Manager of our Gainesville Office, he has demonstrated successful management skills over projects in the commercial, industrial and institutional levels. He has extensive experience in the industry including layout, installation, and service/maintenance of commercial, industrial, and residential projects dealing with all types of standpipe systems, FM-200/halon systems, water supplies, fire pumps, and water suppression systems. His clients include the University of Florida, North Florida Regional Medical Center, various correctional and rehabilitation facilities, and high-rise condominiums.

Rick has an outstanding record as a fire safety leader in the community and is Fire Chief of Levy County Fire Rescue, Station 78. He currently holds Florida state certifications as Fire Fighter I, EMT-B, Fire Safety Inspector, Fire Safety Inspector Instructor, and holds a State of Florida Certificate of Competency Contractor I license from the State Fire Marshal.
